Refund policy

Returns: The return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Within that period, a return request can be initiated only for damaged or defective items. To initiate a return, use the "Return" link under the "My Orders" section on the ratnaadharajewels.com website. An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Exchanges: In case an order is defective or damaged, an exchange for the same or any other item from the store is available. The exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.

Return Shipping: The store will arrange for return pick-up from the originally delivered address only. If 3 days have passed since the date of delivery, no refund or exchange is offered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and any freebies received with the order must also be returned. Proof of opening and unboxing (unboxing video) is required.

Refunds: Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected in the warehouse, within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of returned goods. The customer is notified via email or WhatsApp. For prepaid orders, the refund is processed to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, the customer provides bank account details and the refund is credited to that account. Prepaid orders via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking are refunded back to the original payment account within 3–5 working days. Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping charges are not refundable.

Note:

  • For defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong orders, the customer must inform the store within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video of the product.
  • The return request is processed at the order level, not product-by-product.
  • If items are missing from a return order, the company may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund.
  • The customer must be available for reverse pick-up; otherwise, the process may be cancelled and re-initiated.
  • Some pin codes may only be forward serviceable, requiring the customer to return via an alternate courier (e.g., India Post) with up to ₹49 shipping reimbursement. Any charges exceeding ₹49 will be adjusted against the refund.
  • Single jewellery in a combo/gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
  • Products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearance, or special schemes cannot be returned or replaced.
