Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery, strictly for damaged or defective items only. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
