Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
COD orders may require verification before dispatch.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro / Tier 2–3 cities: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and email us at ratnaadharajewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
