Refund & Return Policy

At RATNAADHARA JEWELS, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted imitation jewellery. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery Only for Damaged Or Wrong Product.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a return or damage claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at ratnaadharajewels@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and your unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
